How to process your return quickly and easily
Item defective?
The item sent to you is defective and you would like to send it back to us? No problem!
Please fill out the goods return form and send it by fax +49 (0) 2056 / 5142 or by e-mail to wss@wss.de.
Our returns department will check the process, note an appropriate solution and send you the goods return bill.
Please enclose this with the return shipment.
Wrong delivery?
This should not happen. The goods will of course be taken back immediately. The WSS team regrets the error and is endeavoring to limit its consequences. Please call the person responsible for WSS returns processing on +49 (0) 2056 /17 15 11 .
You will receive a goods return bill with all the important information for reliable processing, which you should enclose with the consignment marked as a return.
Ordered incorrectly?
Ordered incorrectly? This can happen. We can help you by taking back the goods in their original packaging as soon as possible.
Please fill in the goods return bill and send it to wss@wss.de. You will receive feedback after checking the process and the best possible way of handling it, which will be recorded on the completed goods return bill and sent to you for further processing. This provides you and WSS with all the information required for reliable processing. Please enclose this completed goods return bill with the returned item and mark the shipment as a return.
Please note that only goods in their original, undamaged packaging can be taken back. Of course, items that show signs of installation or use cannot be returned.
WSS grants you a right of return within six weeks of the date of delivery. Please check the goods immediately upon receipt. Only goods in their original packaging with undamaged outer packaging and without any signs of installation or use may be returned. Without a goods return bill (with postage paid impression), reliable returns processing cannot be guaranteed. Such a return shipment must therefore be sent back to the sender freight collect without further inspection and with a request for complete information. Save yourself and the WSS team unnecessary detours and take advantage of reliable and uncomplicated returns processing.
