Handling your returns quickly and easily
The article you received is defective and you want to return it to us? No problem!
Please fill out the return note and send it by fax +49 (0) 2056 / 5142 or by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our returns department will check the process, note an appropriate solution and send you the goods return form.
Please enclose this form with the return shipment.
This was not supposed to happen. The goods will of course be taken back immediately. The WSS team regrets the mistake and tries to limit its consequences. Please call the persons responsible for the WSS returns processing under +49 (0) 2056 /17 15 11.
You will receive a return note with all important information for a process-safe handling. Please enclose this note to the shipment marked as return.
Did you order the wrong thing? That happens. We help you with the immediate return of the originally packed goods.
Please fill in the return form and send it to email@example.com. After checking the procedure and the best possible way of handling the goods, you will receive a feedback which will be recorded on the completed return notice and sent to you for further processing. This provides you and WSS with all the information required for a reliable process. Please enclose the completed goods return slip with the return of the article and mark the shipment as a return.
Please note that only originally packed goods in the corresponding undamaged outer packaging can be taken back. Excluded is of course a return of articles that show signs of any kind of installation and use.
WSS grants you a right of return within six weeks after the date of delivery. Please check the goods immediately after reception. The return is only possible for originally packed goods with intact outer packaging without any traces of installation or use. Without a return note (with postage-paid impression) a process-safe return handling cannot be guaranteed. Such a return consignment must therefore be returned to the sender with a request for complete information, carriage forward, without further checking. Save yourself and the WSS team unnecessary detours and use the advantages of a process-safe and uncomplicated returns handling.
