Laser employee (m/f/x)

Working hours: Shift work in 2 shifts

In laser processing, you will support the precise and reproducible production of components. You will work on CNC-controlled laser and punch laser systems and reliably implement specified programs and processes. You will keep an eye on quality and deadlines.

A punch-laser combination machine is used TRUMATIC 6000 from TRUMPF and a 2D flatbed laser.

You apply programs according to specifications and adapt them in coordination if necessary. You carry out first piece inspections in accordance with inspection specifications or arrange for them to be carried out by quality assurance. You recognize deviations and faults at an early stage and report them or provide support in rectifying them.

What you can expect:
  • Setting up tools and work equipment on laser processing machines according to specifications
  • Commissioning the machines after the set-up process has been completed
  • Carrying out quality inspections in accordance with quality assurance specifications
  • Optical measurements on measuring machines / simple tests without measuring machine
  • Documentation and feedback of work results according to specifications
  • Recognizing deviations and passing them on to the responsible specialist departments
  • Compliance with safety, quality and process specifications in day-to-day work

– Completed vocational training in a metalworking or comparable technical profession or practical experience in a production environment
– Basic knowledge of CNC technology or willingness to familiarize yourself with it
– Basic knowledge of 2D CAD an advantage
– Technical understanding and careful working methods
– Reliability, willingness to learn and interest in further development in the CNC environment
– High awareness of quality and deadlines as well as interest in clean processes and own professional development
