• the solenoid must be activated (energized) and then the latch(es) pressed in or retracted via the handle. 12V/0.6A
• The latch(es) can be permanently held in the lock case using a magnet
• In the event of a power failure, the latch(es) automatically regain their function and keep the door closed
• Optionally, a microswitch can be used to query the latch position
