We are WSS, Wilh. Schlechtendahl & Söhne GmbH & Co KG. We are people at the heart of the key region. We are around 300 employees at the Heiligenhaus site from all areas that we need for the value chain through to the finished product. All under one roof on 20,000 square meters.

We distribute our Hello There nationally and worldwide through direct sales.
We can advise you with the expertise of an experienced manufacturer and configure and supply complete cross-system solutions for doors, windows and façades.

Quality management
Quality management defines the appropriate methods necessary to achieve the required product quality and monitors compliance with the defined measures. AGQS Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement GmbH confirms that WSS has introduced and maintains a quality management system for the scope of development, production and sales of locks and fittings for steel, metal and glass construction. We meet the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
We train
We want to continue to contribute to the further development and improvement of the Heiligenhaus site, our quality standards and our Hello There, which is why we are recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as a training company for the professions of industrial clerk (m/f/x), tool mechanic specializing in stamping and forming technology (m/f/x), mechatronics technician for technical maintenance (m/f/x), technical product designer (m/f/x).
