What you can expect:
- Test and measuring equipment monitoring DIN EN ISO 9001 compliant
- Internal inspection of common testing/measuring equipment, such as digital calipers, test cylinders, plug gauges, etc.
- Plan and control external calibrations
- Creation of initial sample test reports (EMPBs) based on the VDA standard
- Operation of the relevant testing and measuring equipment, in particular a 3D coordinate measuring machine (Wenzel LH65 – WM-Quartis) but also optical testing/measuring equipment (Keyence)
- Planning, coordination and documentation of suitable test scopes and procedures as product-specific specifications
- Production-accompanying control and creation of functional certificates for components, assemblies and articles
- Carrying out special tests and approvals after internal coordination
- Carrying out incoming goods inspections
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in a recognized occupation, e.g. tool mechanic or industrial mechanic
- more than three years of professional experience (in a metalworking company) related to quality management.
- Specific knowledge of 3D coordinate measuring machines (ideally Wenzel-WM-Quartis) and experience in the Q-Studio software from Böhme & Weihs (desirable)
- High demands on own qualitative work
