- Support of predominantly European key customers from inquiry to on-time delivery together in the sales team
- Independent and conscientious recording and tracking of inquiries and orders in the ERP system

What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- At least five years of professional experience in internal sales with the ambition to take on increasing responsibility, preferably in the construction supply industry or in sales of technical products requiring explanation
- Knowledge of lock and hardware products is an advantage
- Good understanding of customer requirements, market mechanisms and economic relationships
- High level of commitment, initiative and a strong commitment to performance
- Structured, committed and results-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness, perseverance and confidence even in challenging situations
- Ability to work in a team and an engaging and professional approach to customers and internal interfaces
- Pragmatic personality with strong implementation skills
- Fluency in English and at least advanced basic knowledge of another foreign language at level B1
