What you can expect:
- Reconciliation of G/L accounts and processing of complex accounting transactions
- Contact person for account assignment questions and booking processes
- Control of account assignments, cost centers and tax determination
- Recording of fixed assets, assignment of asset types and account groups, allocation of inventory numbers, calculation and posting of depreciation and amortization
- Execution of payments, debits and direct debits, posting of incoming invoices, accruals and deferrals
- Implementation of the dunning process
- Creation of daily reporting sheets, bank reports and various evaluations for the management
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial vocational training / financial accountant (m/f/d) and / or balance sheet accountant (m/f/x) with a high affinity for numbers
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting with routine in processing all standard transactions in an industrial environment
- Confident handling of all MS Office programs, knowledge of proALPHA or proven experience in using other common ERP software
- High performance orientation and ability to concentrate
- Independent, careful and team-oriented working style
