- Support of predominantly European key customers from inquiry to on-time delivery together in the Foreign Markets Sales team
- Conscientious entry of inquiries and orders and their tracking in the ERP system
- Support with commercial and technical advice on the use of the entire product range
- Customer-oriented processing of complaints
- Support in preparing quotations, preparing customer meetings and creating presentations, etc.
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed vocational training with a technical or commercial focus
- Professional experience in internal sales of ancillary building products desirable, ideally in the field of lock and hardware products
- Good technical understanding and interest in further training in this area
- High level of commitment, ability to work in a team and confident demeanor
- “Hands-on personality with a structured, committed and results-oriented way of working
- Fluency in English and at least an advanced basic knowledge of French (B1).
